Outer Layer: 82% NYLON / 18% SPANDEX

Lining: 62% NYLON / 38% SPANDEX

Hand wash gently in cold water and allow to air dry naturally. Avoid fabric softeners and harsh detergents to help preserve the compression and elasticity of your shapewear.
