75% Nylon / 25% Spandex
Hand wash gently in cold water and allow to air dry naturally. Avoid fabric softeners and harsh detergents to help preserve the compression and elasticity of your shapewear.

They are my go to for the gym, light and so comfy. Love how they are high waisted as this is a bonus for sweat after workout so they burn the fat right off.
Does well on the tummy area
i tested them out by wearing them for a full day and night, they kept their shape and were still comfortable, not to mention, they did not roll down!!
